Social media users first thought it saying its another publicity stunt by Boonk Gang, but then he posted a video on snapchat showing his injuries.

The Florida-based personality posted an imagine of himself in a hospital bed hours after Tweeting: “The hardest gangstas still feel pain.”
Boonk Gang went viral on social media earlier this month when he posted some explicit videos of himself on Instagram Story. His IG account was eventually deleted and he lost over 5 million followers.
