Marlon Samuels says Foota Hype is still going crazy over his ex-girlfriend Ishawna.
The Jamaican cricket star and the popular Dancehall selector have both been engaged in a bitter war of words in the last few weeks with Samuels dropping two diss tracks aimed at the entertainer.
Last week the “Icon” followed up his initial diss track, “Spoon Head,” with yet another hard hitting effort titled “Internet Talk.” The song was released in tandem with the cricketer’s recent Entertainment Report interview on TVJ explaining the origin of the feud.
According to Samuels, Foota is still not over his ex Ishawna and can’t stand to see her around anyone. “You know anybody go roun’ Ishawna, him have something to say,” he claims.

Samuels claims the feud all began following his steamy appearance in Ishawna’s “Insta Boy” music video. Following this he claims the disc jock began throwing shades at him on social media, trying to instigate a rivalry between himself and fellow cricketer Chris Gayle.
The flamboyant cricketer says he decided to drop the diss tracks after he was provoked on three separate occasions.
Fans have since taken to social media expressing their surprise towards the athlete’s lyrical prowess, “you sound like a long time Artist voice one of a kind?????? lyrics on point spoon head no sah???,” one fan wrote.
Samuels revealed that he will be focusing on music for the next two months as he recovers from injuries that have prevented him from playing international cricket.
