During the Q&A, the newly crowned ‘Queen of Dancehall’ was asked if she was ever romantically involved with incarcerated Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel.
Spice and Kartel collaborated on the single “Romping Shop” back in 2008, which samples “Miss Independent” by Ne-Yo. The Dancehall banger quickly achieved international recognition, debuting on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
