Vybz Kartel came under fire from Unruly supporters over the weekend for allegedly being reluctant to send Popcaan congratulations.Over the weekend, Popcaan received two Billboard plagues for his latest projects, FIXTAPE and Vanquish. Vanquish released in December 19 2019, it debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.
