Skillibeng has ignited controversy yet again following the release of his “Silhouette Challenge” Video.
The Dancehall star sent tongues wagging this week as he released his take on the popular Silhouette Challenge. The 2-minute long video comes amid warnings for fans to desist from the trending social media challenge.
The video opens with 15 beautiful ladies in a room drinking and chatting, however, this changes pretty quickly. The next frame sees the women acting out their hedonistic fantasies under a devilish red light.
Popular dancer Rebel takes center stage in the video, groping another female provocatively. The women then strip down to the bare minimum while gyrating to Skillibeng’s chants of “Take off your clothes.”
Despite its popularity, some fans say the track is severely lacking in quality while others were critical of the visuals.

However, according to the deejay’s own description, the track is not actually a song, but simply his entry into the challenge.
“AND REMEMBER PEOPLE. ITS NOT A SONG. IT WAS A CHALLENGE‼️. BECAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE DIDN’T READ THE DESCRIPTION AND ARE CONFUSED THAT ITS A SONG,” one fan commented.
The track, which only periodically features Skillibeng’s vocals is originally sampled from Paul Anka’s 1959 hit song, ‘Put your head on my shoulder’ and Doja Cat’s song ‘Streets’.
The criticism did not stop there, as many fans decided to voice their opinion in on the visuals themselves.
“Their fathers must be very proud after watching this,” one fan wrote. Another fan added, “A moment of silence for all the fathers that saw their daughter’s in this video.”
Last week Skillibeng also caught flack following the release of his latest single “Coke.” Many fans called out the deejay for the controversial track with many suggesting he needed some quality control.
