Vybz Kartel’s sons Likkle Vybz and Likkle Addi are set to take over his label, Adidjahiem Records.

The announcement was made by Likkle Addi during an Onstage interview with Winford Williams over the weekend.

The 16-year-old deejay says they will officially assume control at the reigns when they both turn 18. “It’s only a matter of time before everything falls into place,” he explained.

Likkle Addi, who is still in school assured Williams that school is still the number one priority right now.

“I’m not going to JC [Jamaica College] anymore, I’m going to a different school right now,” he explained. “I’m in fourth form about to do my subjects, three subjects.”

However, when quipped on the topic of becoming a father at the age of 15 he declined to comment.

The label was largely disbanded in 2012 following the incarceration of Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel.

However, Likkle Addi says there are big plans to carry on their father’s legacy. He reveals that there are plans to recruit new artists to the label, meanwhile production will be handled by their youngest brother, World Boss Jr (Aiko Palmer).
