Safaree and Erica Mena have welcomed their daughter to the world.
On Monday the two Love & Hip Hop: New York stars took to Instagram to announce the birth of their baby daughter.
The ‘Stunt Gang’ rapper was the first to share the news, uploading a photo of his newborn daughter holding his finger.
“These past 24 hrs have been an adventure to say the least!! I’m a part of the #girldad club now,” Samuels wrote in the caption of his photo. “Perfection is here [heart emoji] #safaree.”
Safaree’s post was soon followed by a post by Mena, who shared an adorable photo of her husband holding their daughter.
“Just here staring at my husband as he obsesses over our daughter [heart and rose emoji],” Mena Samuels wrote in her caption. “I thank God. I prayed for this life.”
The couple met back in 2016 while appearing on the VH1 reality series “Scared Famous.”
Safaree recently posted a clip of the series where he ironically joked he would marry and have a child with Mena.
“I said this 3 years ago not knowing it would all come true… wow,” he wrote in the caption. “Speak it Into reality my brothers.”
The two got married last October, shortly after announcing they were expecting a child together.
This is the couple’s first child together, Mena has a son from her previous relationship.
