Buju Banton is in high demand and he will be racking up some big bucks following his release from prison later this year.
According to reports, promoters and other officials in the Music industry believe that the Reggae icon has enough hit songs and fans to make it possible for him to demand US$100,000 for performing at an event.
Reggae fans were received some good news as it was confirmed that the “Wanna Be Loved” singer will be performing live after his release from prison in the twin-island republic on April 22, 2019.
While other talks with promoters in Jamaica and the Caribbean for a Buju Banton concert are currently underway.
Buju Banton is currently completing a nine-year sentence at the McRae Correctional Facility in Georgia for a drug conviction. He is scheduled to be released on December 8.
