Hot 97 radio personality Funkmaster Flex has made claims that it was Drake’s OVO crew who actually leaked the R.I.C.O reference track to him.

Drake infamously labelled Hot 97 as “liars” and called for Funk Flex to be fired before he ever considered doing a show for them again during his recent tour stop in New York.

The perceived diss is linked to Hot 97 radio host Ebro claiming that Drizzy and Eminem were set for a lyrical fued, a claim which he later said was a joke.

Funk Flex seemingly responded to Drake Saturday by airing “dirt” on the rapper. He made numerous claims including that it was Drizzy’s OVO crew itself which gave him the R.I.C.O reference track, which would go on to start the Meek Mill feud.

According to Flex, Drake’s camp released the reference track to divert assertions that the rapper was allegedly dissing Meek on his own track, showing he didn’t really write it.

The radio host went on to say he was not concerned about Drake calling for him to be fired, as “70 percent of his fans wear high heels” and the other “30 percent wear sandals,” so that doesn’t affect him.
