Actor Michael Rainey Jr. best known for his role as Tariq St. Patrick in Starz network’s hit drama series Power says he’s Jamaican.
Rainey Jr who is dubbed television’s “most hated kid” claims he’s a “real yardie” in a video which surfaced on social media Friday.
Checks made his Instagram account shows the “troubled TV child” repping the US and Jamaica flag in his bio. Michael also gave the country a huge shoutout on independence day.
The 16-year-old was born in Louisville, Kentucky, United States to Jamaican parents, sources tells The Tropixs.
Micheal also starred in Barbershop 3: The Next Cut with Ice Cube, Cedric The Entertainer and Nick Minaj. He also appeared in Netflix’s original series Orange Is The New Black (OITNB).
