As the anticipation continues to build surrounding the release of international reggae artist Kabaka Pyramids’ debut album, Kontraband; here comes the release of a third single titled Kaught Up.
A different vibe from his first two tracks, Cant Breatheand Borders, Kabaka gives us a more romantic side, something the ladies can enjoy and appreciate.
The track starts out with Kabaka Pyramid melodically expressing his appreciation for that special someone who has just captivated his mind, heart and soul. Produced by Genis T Nadal out of Barcelona, the track gives you an up tempo-futuristic dancehall, club banger vibe. Staying true to the lyrical style he is known for, Kabaka Pyramid does not disappoint in this single either as he delivers a blistering third verse in a hip-hop flavour.
Throughout the single, Kabaka expresses what he loves about this special woman and how her independence, style, beauty and humor makes up what he really admires about her. The Kaught Up factor for many men is one that usually catch them off guard, as they try to remain ‘manly’ and firm when in a relationship. Yet, to find that special one who gets your palm sweaty, your heart fluttering when she walks in a room and feeling star struck whenever she’s around, you know this must be someone special.
Kabaka recently shot the video for Kaught Up in Miami, with plans to release soon.. In the upcoming weeks Kabaka Pyramid will be available for interviews as he is set to announce the album release date.
