Beenie Man wants Dancehall fans to know that there can only be one King.

The veteran Dancehall entertainer rolls out the visuals for his “One King” single featuring Jus Chris. Its alleged that the banger is a diss track aimed a Beenie Man currently rival, Vybz Kartel.

“Man a king me no matter bout who should’ve been / Go tell headache say me a yo aspiring / Lyrics a flow like oil a Austin / Man a hot spring could a never be a as been / Dem ago tired fi see me face / Check out yo eye king / Or try the blind fold like the bird box thing,” Beenie Man deejays over the Kanta Riddim produced by Yellow Moon Records.

Earlier this year Dancehall reignited their debate on who is the current King of the Dancehall after Vybz Kartel was given the title by Fox 5 New York.

After majority of fans said Beenie Man was dethroned by the self-proclaimed “Worl’ Boss”, the Doc. slammed critics during an interview, “I cannot be slighted because I am the king, I was born a king, sing and get crowned as a king,” he said. “Well, people ago always be people and people ago always say and do what they want because you know people will always be.”

“But you see as a man who do the hundred percent of work, cover all charts, collect all the awards, represent Jamaica one hundred million percent everywhere we go, every time. Me no have nothing to argue about because me remember when them crown me King of the Dancehall there is no debate none at all there is nobody to say nothing.”

Beenie added that, “So a now them a say Beenie Man and Vybz Kartel now it’s a debate that means something is still there.”
