Tommy Lee Sparta is set to return to court on October 13 after his lottery scamming trial was postponed on Monday.

The Dancehall artist’s case was scheduled to begin in the Home Circuit Court on Monday, but was forced to be postponed after there wasn’t an available courtroom.

The “Heaven Cry” deejay is charged jointly with three other person who are accused of being in possession of identity information, and unlawful use of premises under the Law Reform Fraudulent Transaction Special Provisions Act.

Cops say the deejay, whose real name is Leroy Russell, and his affiliates were arrested during a raid on a house in the Kingston 5 area, where they recovered several lottery scamming paraphernalia in February 2014.

The entertainer along with the three other accused were subsequently arrested and charged.
