The 31-year-old American singer, songwriter, took to social media on Wednesday to announced her arrival with a cryptic caption.
“Joni Mitchell painted murals in this house. I wrote songs in this house.”, she wrote.

As the story goes, when legendary Canadian singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell spent time in Jamaica, she was unable to sing or write—the island apparently forced her to paint murals instead. She painted on the walls of the bedroom of Itopia, a stone-walled house built in the 1600s as part of the Cardiff Hall estate in Runaway Bay, Ocho Rios.
