The Denham Town police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a man that was found in a culvert on Spanish Town Road in Kingston.
The unidentified man is thought to have been in the region of 60 years old.
Residents reportedly summoned the police about 9:50 am Thursday after discovering his body, which the lawmen said had multiple bruises.
The body is of dark in complexion, and about 175 centimetres (5 feet 9 inches) tall and was clad in black and white shirt and a pair of jeans pants.
Lawmen are appealing to anyone with information that can assist with their investigation to contact the Denham Town police at 948-6443, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
