Rapper Fabolous has been arrested on felony charges of domestic violence and making a terroristic threat.

Later that week, video footage of the incident surfaced, showing him in a screaming match with longtime girlfriend, stylist and Love & Hip-Hop star Emily Bustamante and her father outside of their Englewood, N.J., home. On Tuesday, more details were revealed from the court complaint.

According to Emily B, Fabolous punched her in the head seven times, “causing severe damage to her two front teeth,” which were then medically removed. She also states in the complaint obtained by Bossip that he texted to “inform her that he would hit her in the head with a baseball bat,” and eventually “informed the victim that he had a bullet for her” after trying to obtain a handgun.

The Bergen County (N.J.) Prosecutor’s Office is reportedly trying the case against Fabolous, and if convicted, he could face three to five years in state prison. The Brooklyn, N.Y., rapper is due back in court later this month.
