Dancehall fans were sent into a frenzy earlier this week after rumours started circulating that Beenie Man was shot and killed.
On Tuesday, reports surfaced and instantly went viral on social media claiming the veteran Dancehall entertainer was murdered in Kingston, Jamaica with many websites citing that the “Girls Dem Sugar” deejay’s death could have easily been avoided.
Beenie Man and his team has since refuted the rumours. On Wednesday night, the Doc. made fun of the rumours saying he is now “Casper the Friendly Ghost” in a video uploaded to his Instagram story.
