Tommy Lee Sparta plans to sue the state for over $20 million in damages caused by cops.

The “Not A Badness” deejay is set to file a hefty lawsuit against the Jamaican government for loss of revenue allegedly caused by blatant “discrimination” by members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

According the Gaza deejay’s attorney, Ernest Smith, tax payers could be left with a $20 million burden due to the actions of several police officers, who have constantly violated his client’s rights over the years.

They say cops have prevented the entertainer from earning a honest income by constantly cancelling events he is contracted for, and in some cases threatening promoters not to grant permits if the Sparta deejay is scheduled to perform.

However, according to Smith this is unlawful discrimination by cops, as you cannot prevent someone from gaining employment unless he has prohibited by incarceration.

Tommy Lee Sparta is currently battling lottery scam charges, and is set to return to appear in the Home Circuit Court next month.
