Dancehall artiste Spice has unfollowed Shenseea on Instagram and denied throwing shades.

The “Needle Eye” deejay has denied throwing shade at her female counterpart, accusing fans of taking her words out of context.

She took to Instagram to declare, “Y’all twist words to reflect what you want. I’m way to successful to be arguing over dump sh-t. #Goodnight.”

Earlier this week social media went into a frenzy as Shenseea, Spice and Jada Kingdom became engulfed in a squabble.

The drama unfolded when Jada Kingdom hailed Spice as her mentor while reaffirming her status as ‘Queen of Dancehall’. Spice shared the post, adding that no other female had ever tagged her admitting they “watched and learned anything” from her.

The move was widely criticized by fans, who claimed it was a dig towards Shenseea. This speculation was further fueled after Shenseea seemingly clapped back at the star and unfollowed her on Instagram.

It did take a few hours, but Spice did eventually realize what went down and proceeded to unfollow too. The deejat would then head to Instagram to send a cryptic message by posting a clip of her 2020 track “Frenz.” In the track the deejay speaks about two-faced people who claim to love you.
