Spice has finally put rumours to bed regarding her past relationship status with Vybz Kartel.

Dancehall fans have long speculated whether or not the “Gum” deejay has shared more than just a musical relationship with Vybz Kartel due to their obvious chemistry but it seems we finally have an answer.

The “Needle Eye” deejay took to Instagram over the weekend addressing the topic in quite a comical fashion saying:

“Fi all who wah know if me and [Vybz Kartel] f*** make mi talk since as unu a gwan like me fraid, One day mi go link the boss and him smile when him see mi come siddung infront a him wid di Gum. Vybz Kartel Reacts To Fan Praying He Doesn’t Get Released From Prison

The post was also playfully re-shared by Vybz Kartel on Instagram but did little to convince some fans who are convinced that the two have a special connection.

However, this is not the first time the deejay has had to brush off allegations as she previously addressed the issue on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta saying “Everybody thinks that I had a sexual relationship with Vybz Kartel… The truth is no we weren’t in a sexual relationship.”

The controversy, however, seems to benefit both entertainers perfectly as it drums up publicity for their brand new collaboration “Worlds Apart,” which is set to be released in the coming days.

Vybz Kartel and Spice have previously collaborated on several hit singles over the years including the Billboard charting “Ramping Shop” as well as 2004’s “Conjugal Visit.”
