Laa Lee wants everyone to know that “Fat Girls Matter” too.

The Dancehall star seems to have a winning formula with mixing comedy and Dancehall, as he continues to strike gold.

Laa Lee is back with another hit, this time he is declaring his love for plus-sized women in “Fat Girls Matter.”

In the track, Laa Lee tackles the issue of body shaming while declaring his love for curvaceous women. It features a catchy simplistic beat, which perfectly compliments the deejays comedic bars.

The visuals feature two of Jamaica’s newest social media personalities, “Cuz” and “June.” In the video, June is seen confronting Cuz about another girl, who is on the thinner side, asking which one he prefers.

“Who yuh want ih whale or ih tail,” she asks While Cuz hilariously replies “Fatty Me Luv Yuh.”

Fans seem to be loving the visuals, as there have been mostly positive reactions on social media. “Yessss girl we fat girls matter ❤❤😌,” one fan commented, while another laughed “If mi love June aka Barbie the original. Fuller confidence fullest fluffy and fabulous.”

The song which is produced by Ireland Records has over 358,000 views on YouTube. It is currently the #1 trending track in the region.
