Alkaline is dishing out on his formula.

Since the start of 2017 the Dancehall artist has released a handful of singles including “Son of a Queen,” “Fast,” “Pretty Girl Team,” and “Nice & Easy.”

However Vendetta fans have been calling for the “Badness It Name” deejay to release more singles like his rival Vybz Kartel but sources say that won’t happen anytime soon.

According to sources close to Alkaline, the tally could’ve been much bigger if Alkaline wasn’t working on his Sophomore Album.

“Sometime if you listen to the fans you put out a new song everyday and that can’t work because then you ended up putting out a bunch of foolishness like some other man [Vybz Kartel],” sources say.

“Right now we putting together the next big project [Album] so don’t expect a bunch of songs before that comes out later this year or early next year.”

Earlier this year Alkaline made thousands of fans turned out to watch him perform live in Jamaica after over three years at Magnum New Rules.

The Vendetta deejay is also slated to headline Reggae Sumfest 2017 Dancehall Night.
