A man claiming to be a former obeah man practitioner claims the nations crime problems are as a result of demons being set free upon the land.
The 42-year-old man, Spairmore Lee Smith, who says he was an obeah man for over two decades has claimed that the practice has released many demons upon the land, some of which are influencing the bloodshed across the island.
According to Smith, during his time as an Obeah practitioner, he helped to release many demons and spirits upon peoples homes, some of which required blood, and are still walking the land.
Smith who admits that obeah remains a very lucrative practice, with practitioners to earning hundreds of thousands from clients to perform rituals, says that it continues to fuel evil.
The now devoted Christian reveals that he only stopped the practice after discovering its true nature, as he was always of the belief that he was doing God’s work.
According to Smith, the only way to curb the influence of these demons that are causing mayhem upon the land is to call upon Jesus’ name, more specifically ‘Jesus Christ of Nazareth’ when praying for the country.
