Dancehall Artiste Intence has sparked controversy yet again, this time for a scene in his latest music video.

The “Go Hard” deejay sent tongues wagging earlier this week after the release of his “Pickachu” music video. The source of the controversy stems from a scene where the deejay can be seen using a female’s mouth as an ashtray.

In the clip, Intence nonchalantly dust off his cigarette inside the mouth of an eagerly awaiting female. During the clip, the deejay’s lyrics can be heard saying, “Fresh nuh f—k, chain a drip, me just bathe. Mi browning mouth mi use fi mi ashtray.”

While some fans found the visuals to be an ingenious ploy to stir controversy others blasted it as degrading to women.

“Intence is just something else just unique an lyrical..🌀📌💫” one fan proclaimed, while another added, “Deh ya fi the ash tray girl😭”

However, the deejay did have his detractors with some criticizing the controversial scene. “Imagine spending all your hard earn money to send your daughter to school just for her to be used as a human ash tray in a artiste video 😭😭” one fan questioned.

Regardless of opinion, it is clear that the controversy has paid off for Intence’s with over 214,000 views on YouTube. The track is also number twelve on the local trending list in just a day after it’s release.

The track, which is produced by Zimi Entertainment is the latest in a string of releases from from the deejay. He has kicked off 2021 with a bang, dropping several tracks including, Money Nuff Funds, New Year, and Light Up.
