Stevie J is heading to jail for his failure to pay child support.

According to TMZ, the U.S. Attorney Southern District of NY says the super producer-turn-reality star will have to turn himself in early next month, as he owes over a million dollars in back child support.

Although child support cases are usually handled in low-level court, the time it’s taken Stevie to cough up the cash, plus the amount owed, in addition to the reality star having baby mamas in different area codes, makes the producer’s situation a federal court case, the publication reports.

Stevie’s legal woes stemmed from years of unpaid child support, but it all came to head in February of 2017 when Stevie pleaded guilty to the crime. At the time, the producer was on probation, unless he paid off his $1,304,835.86 tab before the three-year probation was up.

But now, since the producer has not forked over any money, federal prosecutors want Stevie to serve time, and the judge has agreed, especially after Stevie mentioned his probation officer’s name on social media, which is reportedly a no-no.
