Earlier this week the internet was sent into a frenzy after images of US rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine testifying in court against his former affiliates Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, became popularized memes.
Fans took to social media to share hilarious memes of 6ix9ine ‘snitching’ on any or everything possible. The troll became so viral that it has found its way into the Dancehall community.
Several Dancehall entertainers joined in on the fun as they took to Instagram to share memes of the rapper disclosing information about them.
Dancehall superstar Popcaan was one of the first to join in on the act as he posted a photo of himself with the caption “BREAKING: Rapper 6ix9ine has testified that Popcaan wasn’t the only man she want.”
The 6ix9ine memes sparked wild reactions from fans online, and soon would soon see other entertainers such as Govana, Shaggy, Skatta Burrell, Popcaan and many more share their own trolls.
