Mr Vegas is still winning awards after over two decades in the industry.
The veteran recording artiste, whose real name is Clifford Smith, was recently named ‘Artiste Of The Year’ by Harvard University’s Caribbean cultural board.
Vegas took to social media to upload a photo with his award while thanking the institution for acknowledging his contribution.
“Thank you Harvard University, Caribbean Cultural board! I accept this award with love and humility. 20 years of musical blessings! 2017 Caribbean Artist [of] the year,” he wrote.
