Richie Stephens and Popcaan are dominating the airwaves with their new collaboration ” Go Nana.”

Released on Sunday June 2, the Latin-Afrobeat-inspired track is produced by Stephens’ Pot of Gold Productions. Go Nana is already making rounds on the radio and has been endorsed by New York’s Power 105.1FM.

Richie Stephens says the track has been getting a lot of traction since its release and is also making an impact on the local party scene

According to the veteran recording artiste, the idea of the collaboration came about after linking up with Popcaan in a studio. He then invited him to Pot of Gold Productions and Poppy went the next day.

“One night we were both at a session, and him come over and say him love see me in the streets among the youths, and seh him waan pass through my studio one day to see what a gwaan. I invited him the next day, and him forward with him crew. I played the song for him, and without even asking him to do a verse on it him seh: ‘Dis bad, give me a track’, and him just mek up his part on the scene.”

Stephens added that he was impressed by the Unruly Boss’ artistic talent and never knew he was so gifted. Stream Richie Stephens and Popcaan ‘Go Nana’ below.
