Konshens is letting his music do the talking and not his personal life.
The “Gyal A Bubble” deejay has dropped a brand new album, ‘Badman vs Nice Guy,’ just days after his wife declared she was separated from the entertainer.
The Dancehall superstar has remained mum on the issue but has proceeded to release new music over the weekend.
Fans were left shocked last week after his wife of two years, Latoya Wright declared on Instagram that Konshens was now a ‘single man,’ and free to do whatever he chooses.
“I am a single woman,” she wrote. “So whatever @konshens does with his life has absolutely nothing to do with me.”
She would go on to say, “I’m not into advertising my personal life online. BUT I need everyone to know this so if and when he starts with the “single man acts” then y’ all know he really IS single and it’s OK for him to act however he pleases. This post is not coming from any place of anger!! Still love…. always!”
However, it seems the deejay is not letting his personal life slow down his musical output as he surprised fans by dropping the brand new project over the weekend.
The 15-track project is the follow up to Konshens’ sophomore LP “It Feels Good,” which was released last year.
The album has several standout tracks, including collaborations with upcoming acts Bakersteez and Khxos.
