In the latest promotion video for the Sunday, March 4, episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK), Khloé Kardashian teases the gender of the baby she’s expecting with boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
“Do you want to know what I’m having?” Khloe asks sisters Kim and Kourtney. Though the video doesn’t actually reveal anything, Kourtney responds, “I’m shocked,” after finding out, and the women embrace in a big hug.
According to sources, Kardashian and Thompson are expecting a baby boy.

The reality TV star confirmed her pregnancy in December, writing in the caption of an Instagram post that showed off her bare baby bump, “My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! … I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it’s the best bundle of feelings I’ve ever felt in my life!”
