Reggae musician Irvin “Carrot” Jarrett is dead at 69-years-old.

The former member of the legendary Reggae band, Third World, was found dead at his home on Tuesday morning.

According to reports, the veteran musician was found unresponsive in his office at home shortly after completing his usual morning exercises.

He was reportedly rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The musician’s death has left has left many shocked as they say Jarrett was renowned fitness guru who was dedicated to healthy living.

Jarrett was an original member of the Third World band which charted several chart-topping hits during the late 80’s and early 90’s including 96° in the Shade, Always Around, and Now That We Found Love.
