Tommy Lee Sparta is back on social media after being in police custody for over two weeks last month.

Shortly after his release last week Tuesday, Sparta dropped a brand new single titled ‘Some Life’ which was produced by Damage Musiq.

Tommy Lee Sparta broke his silence on Instagram following the tragic death of his associate,  Ryan ‘DJ Force Ripe’ Robinson in Negril, Jamaica.

Robinson along with three others died last week following a two-motorbike crash in Westmoreland. “R.I.P @rayon_force_ripeone a the realest jah knw dawg feel e to me heart youth kmtssssssss #youths #ridesafejah jah,” Sparta wrote.

The ‘Happy Life’ deejay later returned to upload a photo performing at the Magnum Kings and Queens of Dancehall final.

“I love my job,” he wrote.

However despite being active online, the Gothic Dancehall entertainer is yet to address his recent stint with law enforcement officers.

Tommy Lee Sparta, whose given name is Leroy Russell, was taken in custody at the Half-Way-Tree Police Station by C-TOC officers last week just moments after preforming at the MKQ show. The entertainer was then transferred to the Freeport police station in St James.

Last week parish Judge Sandrea Wong-Small ordered his immediate release from jail when the matter was brought up in the St James Parish Court.

According to Wong-Small, the Gothic Dancehall artiste was improperly detained under the Public State of Emergency.
