Gothic Dancehall artiste Tommy Lee Sparta is elated for former Portmore Empire member Popcaan’s recent success on the international market.
Last week ‘Uncle Demon’ deejay took to social media to acknowledge the ‘Ova Dweet’ deejay who is currently touring in Europe while thanking his mentors incarcerated Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel and Canadian Rapper Drake.
