Uptop Boss Teejay caused quite a stir on social media last week
The Montego Bay-based deejay shelled out a couple millions to purchase his two dream cars, a Mercedes-Benz and BMW.
Teejay’s heft purchase got the attention of a few Dancehall critics who said he should’ve copped his house before buying the pricey cars.
“Wow nice cars.. progress!! But 2 car and house next ???? it should a b the other way around… ,” one fan wrote. “Buy a car weh can crash tomorrow before yu invest in a house and this spell sense,” another added.
Teejay got wind of the comments and took to his Instagram story to set the record straight, making critics know that real estate isn’t an issue for him.
“A mobay mi come from fool,” the deejay wrote. “House is not my problem, trust mi cuz,” he wrote.
