Mackerel says she is living her dream!\n\n\n\nSocial media sensation Ladasha 'Mackerel' Francis says she is currently living her dream as her career continues to grow. \n\n\n\nAccording to Mackerel, she never believed most of these things could be possible, but she is pleasantly surprised.\n\n\n\nThe social media sensation broke unto the scene last year with her gimmick threatening to 'tek people man.'\n\n\n\nWhat was initially played off as little more than a 'gimmick' by many has actually blossomed into a fulltime career for the young star. \n\n\n\n"People had good and bad to say about me, but I took the negativity and mek it build me. I tried my best to let go of the negativity, but at the end of the day, a dem motivate me. A them help," a reflective Mackerel said.\n\n\n\nSince exploding onto the scene, the pint-sized star's career has taken her to places she never dreamed of, traveling all over the world.\n\n\n\nMackerel revealed that so far her career has taken her to countries such as; Canada, The United Kingdom, Antigua, St Kitts, and the Cayman Islands.\n\n\n\n"Even when I got my visa, people had bad things to say about me, but they don't realise that I am not fazed by it. I grew up hearing my father say that people will always talk, whether you do good or bad. When I got the visa, I was astonished because when I was little, I used to say I wanted the plane to come for me. I thought that I would have to work real hard for it. I did not expect to get it so soon," she said.\n\n\n\nIt seems Mackerel may actually be around for the long term too, as she has made the transition to becoming a recording artiste. She has since released a standout track titled "A So Mi," which received praise from fellow artistes and fans alike.
