Spice Continues The “Black Hypocrisy” Fight, “mi love mi pretty black skin”

Dancehall entertainer Spice is all about self-love as she continues the fight against “Black Hypocrisy”.

In a recent post uploaded to Instagram and Twitter, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star celebrated her “pretty black skin.”

“I was told I would reach further, if the color of my skin was lighter , and I was made to feel inferior, cause society say brown girls prettier. Mi love the way mi look , mi love mi pretty black skin, Respect due to mi strong Melanin,” she wrote.


Spice recently celebrated the second anniversary for her “Captured” mixtape which featured her lead single “Black Hypocrisy.”

“Happy Anniversary to my mix tape #Captured that hit #1 on the billboard reggae charts as well as #Captured which hit #1 In 24 hours. 2 years on this date November 2nd 💙💙💙💙💙,” she wrote on Instagram.
