Actor Michael Rainey Jr. is a massive Vybz Kartel fan and is hopeful the deejay can overturn his murder conviction.
The 17-year-old actor who plays Tariq St Patrick in the hit TV series Power is currently in Jamaica says he is a massive fan of Dancehall music and one of his favorite artist is the Gaza deejay.
According to Rainey Jr, he has been keeping a keen eye on the deejay’s current appeal case and hopes the entertainer manages to overturn his life sentence.

“I hope he gets out. I like Vybz Kartel. He’s a good artiste,” said the actor.
The young star revealed that he has a very special place in his heart for Jamaican music and culture, adding that one of the highlights of his trip was experiencing the authentic Jamaican party scene.
