Mr Lexx says majority of Vybz Kartel’s songs are crap, Popcaan can’t perform

Veteran Dancehall Mr Lexx stopped by Nightly Fix last week to talk about his new single ‘Struck By Love’ and his “Bad boys” track being used in Fiat’s recent ad campaign earlier this year.

During the interview Mr Lexx, real name Christopher Palmer, also gave his take on incarcerated Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel allegedly recording music in prison. Lexx however stated that the self-proclaimed ‘Worl Boss’ success is as a result of his hardworking team, saying majority of his songs are crap and are only hot for two weeks. Lexx also added that a lot of the younger artistes currently running the Dancehall industry, like the ‘Unruly Boss’ Popcaan can’t perform well on live stage shows.
