21-year-old Romario Brown, a tattoo and make-up artist of Rocky Valley, Stony Hill in St. Andrew has been charged with the murder of Dexter Pottinger.
The popular fashion designer and stylist’s decomposing body was found at his home on Washington Boulevard last Thursday.

His missing Honda CRV motor vehicle was found miles away in Stony Hill later that evening. The Constant Spring Police said there were several stab wounds to Pottinger’s back.
Brown is scheduled to appear before the St. Andrew Parish Court later this month.
