Ishawna Gets Mic Cut, Booed & Drenched For Performing “Equal Rights” In Jamaica

Following her viral raunchy performance in Connecticut, Ishawna didn’t receive a warm welcome on home soil from the men in attendance at Dream Weekend’s Xtreme Wet N Wild over the weekend.

The controversial Dancehall artist was greeted with boos and drenched with buckets and super soakers when she began performing smash hit single “Equal Rights” at the Kool Runnings Water Park.

The downpour got so intense that her microphone stopped working mid-performance. Veteran selector Tony Matterhorn stepped in to calm then crowd, after a few minutes of delays Ishawna’s female formed a choir and began singing the gritty track.
