Here’s Why Tony Matterhorn Won’t Do Anymore Reggae Sumfest Clashes

Tony Matterhorn has declared that he will not be appearing at any Reggae Sumfest World Clashes in the future.

The controversial Dancehall selector made the declaration following his second-place finish to Mighty Crown Sound system at the annual music festival which was held in Montego Bay last week.

According to Matterhorn, he doesn’t believe his hardcore style suits the type of soundclash Reggae Sumfest or corporate Jamaica is trying to pull off, and he will refrain from being in that position again.

The popular disc jock claims he is accustomed to being raw and unfiltered and is not happy operating under rules and regulations which affects his musical presentation.

Spice Shares Why She Disrespected Police At Reggae Sumfest

Matterhorn claims he has always had a rocky relationship with corporate Jamaica, as they don’t really care for his persona but are forced to work with his because he is the best in the business.

The deejay claims the only reason he returned to the Sumfest soundclash stage this year was because he was the defending champion and he felt obligated to the fans.

Tony Matterhorn was earlier accused of violating the rules by another contestant, Ricky Trooper, who claims the deejay should not have made it to the final two in the first place as he used indecent language.
