French Montana and Birdman made an appearance on Empire’s season 3 premiere which aired on Wednesday night.

News circulated during summer that French would be making a cameo on the hit show but we weren’t quite which episode he would be making his debut, the Bad Boy rapper played a character who goes by the name Vaughn who is a powerful music mogul and could serve as a strong ally for either cookie or Lucious. Further into the season the character develops into a love interest for Cookie (played by Taraji P Henson) which could create some drama between Lucious and Vaughn.
It’s uncertain if Birdman will make anymore appearances on the hit show but it has also been said that Mariah Carey will make an appearance around mid-season of the show.
