Fetty Wap’s absence from last weekends Shaggy and Friends concert has been listed as due to important family matters.
The New Jersey rapper was the only absentee from the star-studded Shaggy and Friends charity concert, which was staged on the lawns of Jamaica House in St. Andrew last Saturday.
The “Trap Queen” rapper was forced to cancel his performance in Jamaica in order to be by his ex-girlfriend Alexis Skyy’s side after she gave birth to their daughter Alaiya on Thursday. According to reports, the child, which is the rapper’s 4th, was reportedly born three months prematurely and had to be placed in in an incubator, as she weighed just over 1 pound.

Fetty Wap had apologized to fans his shortly before the concert explaining that he would be unable to make it to the concert but encouraging them to still support the worthy cause.
Shaggy commended the rapper, revealing during the benefit concert for the Bustamante Hospital for Children that the rapper had actually volunteered his services towards the cause.
