Female Dancehall artiste D’Angel is now mourning the death of her father Clive Downer, who was tragically killed in a reported hit and run car accident in Old Harbour, Spanish Town.
The “Stronger” singer, who’s real name is Michelle Downer reportedly received the devastating news while getting ready to perform at a IRIE FM road Show.
Details remain sketchy but reports indicate that Mr Downer was mowed down by a motor vehicle and succumbed to his injuries.
D’Angel was reportedly extremely distraught upon hearing the the terrible news and had to be consoled by fellow artistes including Ninja Man.
Any potential witnesses to the accident are being asked to contact the Old Harbour police station.
