Chris Brown is facing yet another lawsuit from a 2014 1 OAK nightclub shooting where Suge Knight was shot 7 times.
According to TMZ reports, a patron, Ginja Elms, who was also shot during the incident has filed a lawsuit against Brown and singer Pia Mia in relation to the incident.

Elms has filed legal documents claiming that 1 OAK was aware of Brown’s gang affiliations and did not properly check for firearms, including celebrities and their entourages.
He is reportedly demanding $750K for his injuries and the “disruption” it caused in his marriage.
