Boil Lemons In The Evening And Drink The Liquid As Soon

There are numerous advantages to boiling lemons in water. First off, it strengthens your immune system while helping to stabilize your metabolism. Not only that, but it’s also a great remedy for colds and it also keeps your lymphatic system hydrated. We personally use it to clean our stomach as this also helps digestion.

You’ll only need 6 pcs. of lemon, 20 oz. of water and a tbsp. of honey. To start this recipe, bring the water to a boil in a deep pan. Slice the lemons and them to the water. Bring to a boil for about 3-5 minutes to extract the nutrients. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to cool then remove the lemons and pulp from the liquid.

Add the honey and then drink the liquid from a tea cup. This drink will provide amazing health benefits when you drink it in the morning after waking up.
