Beyonce’s Formation tour made over 250 million

Beyonce’s Formation tour came to a conclusion at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on October 7, ending with some staggering figures.

According to Billboard Boxscore, The Formation Tour raked in $256,084,556 and sold over 2.2 million tickets. The highly successful tour, which began April averaged about $5.2 million per show, and saw an average of 45,757 paying concert goers per event.
The Queen Bee’s highest grossing tour stop proved to be two sellout stagings at London’s Wembley Stadium July 2-3, which made a reported $15.3 million gross.

The tour ended with high praises from fans and critics alike for its amazing production and Beyonce’s awesome performances. The Formation tour featured several supporting acts which made appearances during it’s 6 months including Dj Khaled.
