Foota Hype is letting Gaza fans know that the show will go on if disc jocks refuse to play Dancehall icon Vybz Kartel.
On Monday the outspoken selector-turn-producer uploaded a video form his recent stint at a Champs after party over the weekend.
In the one minute clip, Foota can be seen playing a slew of Vybz Kartel tracks to which the patrons responded favourably.
The video got the attention of a Gaza supporter who wrote, “What is a party without playing Vybz Kartel?” Turns out Foota was not feeling the phrase which was coined last December following Alkaline’s altercation with veteran disc jock Tony Matterhorn.
