Dovey Magnum is pleading with Dancehall disc jocks to include more songs for women in their segments.

The “Bawl Out” star took to Instagram earlier this week bashing Dancehall selectors for neglecting women at parties by not including enough “gyal songs” in their segments.

According to the entertainer, she has received numerous complaints as well as video clips from female fans expressing their frustrations with disc jocks who insist on playing “badman songs” all night.

“We tired a unnu… Unnu a play dem bagga bl**dclaat song inna the party mek we feel like gunman inna the party dem, we a nuh gunman! The gyal dem a send video and a seh dem waa hear gyal song, dem waa hear Dovey Magnum,” the deejay complained.

The “Sex Slave” deejay went on to further complain that many DJs cater to men all night and then hurry to squeeze in a couple songs for the females when the party is coming to an end.

Her complaints were also echoed by many social media users who claim the situation is currently at an unbearable state.

“Hahaha talk up di tings dem my gurl a true word you a talk. Nuff gal song mi wan hear we are no gun man! @doveymagnum ?????,” one fan wrote while another commented, “She right they play 15 seconds of her song and go to a bad man tune.”
