Yendi Phillipps caused quite a stir on social media earlier this week when she uploaded a photo with her daughter Isreal McGregor and longtime lover.

“TBT August, 2014”, the Jamaican model wrote along with a slew of hashtags, “My Family, My World, My Heart, Uncondtional, Limitless, Love Is, Through Thick And Thin, In Good Times And Bad, Thank You Lord, I Pray Your Will, I Pray Your Divine Plan, For My Loved Ones and Ok Im Done.”

However while Phillipps received mostly positive comments on her amazing throwback photo, many social media users and fans of Recording artist Chino McGregor, father of her daughter, weren’t here for her “My Family” hashtag.

Following their breakup, Yendi filed for full custody of their daughter and demanded $60,000 per month for child support. Phillipps also asked the court to order Chino to pay half of Izzy’s medical and educational expenses.

Several others then defended the former  Miss Jamaica World 2007’s photo, “People are so ignorant and so disrespectful..he is a nobody because u guys don’t know of him ??maybe he’s richer than both of them and maybe he treats her very well tf … she’s happy with the mr nobody so that says a lot ..”

“How many of you are still with ur baby father ….ill wait. Leave the woman alone. She’s happy I’m happy. I’m happy for every one less unhappy lonely person in the world. Focus on YOUR own personal journey of peace.,” another wrote.
